Ingredients
1 packet of 500g  Angus Beef Mince or Pork Mince
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can of pasta sauce
1 cheese block (sliced and shape using a round mould for the white of an eye)
Green or black olives (sliced into rings for "pupils")

Steps
In a large bowl, combine the mince, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4-5cm meatballs.
In a pan, cook the meatballs over medium heat until browned on all sides. Pour pasta sauce over the meatballs and simmer until cooked through.
When cold, place a mozzarella round on top of each meatball to resemble the white of an eye. Add an olive slice on top as the “pupil”.
Arrange on a plate and drizzle with extra sauce for a spooky “blood” effect.

2. Witch’s Finger Hot Dogs
Make Halloween a bit “finger-licking” fun with these sausage-shaped like witch fingers!
Ingredients
1/2 packet of Swiss Deli Continental Frankfurter (or 2 packets of Hunter Pork Sticks for slimmer fingers)
8 small flour tortillas
Ketchup or hot sauce (for blood)
Almond slices (for fingernails)

Steps
Wrap each hot dog with a small flour tortilla, leaving one end exposed for the “fingertip.” Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Bake in a 175°C oven for 10-12 minutes or until the tortilla is golden.
Place an almond slice at the tip of each hot dog for the nail, and add ketchup or hot sauce at the base of each “finger” for a bloody effect.

3. Stuffed Mummy Sausages
These sausage mummies are easy to make and have a delightfully spooky look.
Ingredients
8 Swiss Deli kransky sausages (for chunkier ‘mummies’, use other Swiss Deli sausages)
1 sheet of savoury pastry (cut into thin strips)
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
mayonnaise (for eyes)
black seeds such as black sesame, chia seeds or poppy seeds (for pupils)

Steps
Wrap each sausage with strips of pastry, leaving a small gap for the “eyes” near one end.
Brush the wrapped sausages with egg wash and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Using a small dab of mayo and the seeds, add eyes in the exposed area near the top of each sausage.
