Swiss Deli Cervelas is a traditional Swiss-style sausage made from quality New Zealand beef and pork. This fine-textured sausage is seasoned with garlic, coriander and nutmeg, then lightly smoked for a distinctive deli-style character. Cervelas can be boiled, grilled or served cold, and can also be peeled and thinly sliced for salads or cold dishes.

A big Swiss stamp of approval - brings back the memories of "brötle" over an open fire on a school trip to the mountains.... Love that we're able to enjoy them here in NZ!
