Swiss Deli Cervelas is a traditional Swiss-style sausage made from quality New Zealand beef and pork. This fine-textured sausage is seasoned with garlic, coriander and nutmeg, then lightly smoked for a distinctive deli-style character. Cervelas can be boiled, grilled or served cold, and can also be peeled and thinly sliced for salads or cold dishes.

Great taste fast delivery

Very fast delivery from AKL to Christchurch, everything arrived cold and ice was still frozen. The taste of the sausage improved for some reason. We love those sausages, been eating them for more than 6 years now.
