Made from top quality lean New Zealand beef and pork, it has a distinctive garlic flavour. When sliced it creates an excellent snack or an appetising addition to an entrée. Fantastic as a sandwich filler. Fry it with eggs for breakfast or add it diced to a last-minute salad recipe.
