Almost a St Galler Bratwurst

The taste and texture is amazing! Love our summer BBQs with this Veal Bratwurst, even made some Swiss "Bürli" to go with it (or have them on the side of a nice "Röschti").

Best Veal Bratwurst in New Zealand that I'm aware of. If you're going to open a Swiss-Chalet style restaurant on the flanks of the Remarkables and this isn't on the menu, you might as well not bother.
