So very good!! beautiful piece of meat!!
Succulent! Seasoned all sides, then seared all sides in a hot pan. Chucked it in the slow cooker with some herbs, the pan juices and a sachet of oxtail soup mixed into a couple cups cold water. Left it on low n slow all day long. 30mins before dinner I turn it off, take lid off and separate the meat with a fork, stir it through the (oxtail) gravy and pop the lid back on. Pulled beef, and gravy, on buttery mashed spuds, with salad. Yes!
The meat never disapoints, so tender and not overly fat like many others i have tried.
