This is sooo worth it!
I have been able to make 3 different dishes from one packet of offcuts.
1. Macaroni cheese w bacon
2. Fried rice w bacon
3. Bacon n egg pie
These are so much better than the packet offcuts from the supermarket imho. I also like to use them to flavour my stews and casseroles. Definitely recommend!
Good sized chunks & pieces of bacon. And great to use in a few different dishes or freeze in smaller batches for later use
