but I was disapointed the diced lamb had lots of fat on it and had a job cutting it of i Had only half the meat left after cutting it off but what was left after id cookit it inmy crock pot I have to say it was tender and a loverly flavour alsi bacon and ham very flavoursome too
Fantastic looks good
A delicious hearty meal. I put the lamb with garlic and onion in red wine, Passata sauce and other bits and flavours in the crock pot before work. I added mushrooms, green beans, carrots, spring onion and chopped spinach when I got home. Served with pasta and garnished with parmesan cheese and rocket salad.
