We have been buying whole eye fillet for some time, but this one was particularly good. Beautifully tender and full of flavour - will definitely buy again.

Economical and delicious

I portioned the eye fillet into steaks. I love being able to decide how thick to cut the steak. I wrapped them in two layers of Glad Wrap and stored them in the freezer. Having great-quality steak on hand was a real treat. The eye fillet was so tender and flavoursome.
