The Greenlea Whole Beef Eye Fillet, also known as Whole Beef Fillet or Beef Tenderloin, is prepared from grass-fed NZ Prime Steer beef and carefully trimmed for consistency. Naturally lean with a fine grain, this cut is prized for its uniform tenderness from end to end.

Ideal for Roasting or BBQ Preparation

This whole beef tenderloin is well suited to oven roasting, BBQ searing or preparing as a centrepiece for special occasions. It can also be reverse seared or gently smoked, offering flexibility while maintaining its refined texture and clean beef profile.

Aged for about 31 days

We have been buying whole eye fillet for some time, but this one was particularly good. Beautifully tender and full of flavour - will definitely buy again.

Economical and delicious

I portioned the eye fillet into steaks. I love being able to decide how thick to cut the steak. I wrapped them in two layers of Glad Wrap and stored them in the freezer. Having great-quality steak on hand was a real treat. The eye fillet was so tender and flavoursome.
