lovely piece of beef nice and tender, has its own unique flavour doesn't need to be covered in sauce!!! just a bit of seasoning while cooking. if at room temperature cooks quickly so you need to watch closely if you like a bit of pink. Cutting a bit thicker helps and oh it wasn't a bad price especially if you are able to pick it up. Lisa you must have big! pieces I vac packed 20 meals for the 2 of us x
