The Greenlea Whole Beef Scotch Fillet, also known as Whole Rib Eye, is prepared from NZ Prime Steer grass-fed beef and aged to support tenderness and depth. With natural marbling throughout, this premium ribeye offers a consistent cut suited to portioning or roasting whole.

Ideal for Steaks or Whole Roasting

This whole beef scotch fillet can be sliced into ribeye steaks or cooked as a larger roast for gatherings. Suitable for grilling, BBQ cooking or oven roasting, it provides flexibility for those who prefer to cut and prepare their own steaks at home.

Note: Product comes in vacuum-sealed and may include some muscles and silver skin — you will have to trim to your own specification.
