Well I was making a Gordon Ramsey recipe but didn’t realize these came with the ribs attached….His ( and most )recipes are to stuff and roll the lamb belly..so I had to do a not very professional butcher job. An option to have them properly deboned would be great! The meat slow roasted and stuffed was delicous!

I cut our 1kg lamb flap into ribs. I just did a quick search on YT for a lamb rib sticky sauce recipe. And whoa did they hit the spot!..but tbh I didn’t order enough. Won’t be making that mistake again. Yum!
