Decent size

Very tasty and a good size. Delivery was next day (so fast) packed well with ice pack and tracking. I put one two pack in the freezer ready for next day off for the slow cooker

Braised lamb shanks

I am always impressed with the quality of meat I receive from Online Meats. These lamb shanks were no exception. They are a generous portion. I served these lamb shanks for my Mother's birthday, and they were the star of the plate. I had seared them individually and then braised them for 4 hours, a week prior. I then froze the lamb shanks and braising liquid, and defrosted them on the day. The meal was so easy to put together. I served the lamb shanks with mashed potato, broccolini and roasted carrots.

Have been buying these for awhile and always lots of meat on shank. Great in slow cooker in a Balsamic & Tomato sauce.

So versatile!

These are so easy to use. I just seasoned them, seared them quickly and whacked them into a slow cooker with couple sprigs rosemary and bit water on low. Had them with gravy, roast spuds and root veg. Yum! Leftovers were made into our take on an iskender using; rice, chutneys, sauces, hummus, salad greens, onions and whatever else we have on hand..yoghurt, beans, vege etc. Yummy!
