A shoulder of Fresh New Zealand lamb can be slow roasted or its also perfect in a casserole. Slow cooked lamb shoulder infused with rosemary and garlic is so tender you don't even need a carving knife.
Cooked this up slowly as a roast. Melted in our mouths and was 99.9% meat with very little fat. Would recommend this cut of meat for a large family. Definitely feeds the family with enough left over for work lunches the next day..
