This snitzel is just the right size and thickness for us - no messy end bits nicely cut. We have had it many l times - I think the latest orders have been the best butchered. Lovely crumbed and serve with mushrooms or just mashed poatao and vege. Also nice rolled and stuffed with bread, mustard powder and herbs and cooked in mushroom soup. Simple easy recipes.
