Best Ways to Cook Fresh Hangi Pork
Traditional Hangi / Earth Oven: This cut becomes deeply flavourful and tender as it slow cooks with native woods and steam.
Oven Roast / Slow Cook: Preheat oven to 150–160 °C. Roast or slow cook in a covered dish for 2–3 hours with root vegetables for succulent results.
Crockpot / Slow Cooker: Add stock, herbs and vegetables; cook low for 6–8 hours until tender and falling apart.
