Our fresh NZ pork loin roast tied with string is a lean and tender centrepiece cut suited to oven roasting and special family meals. This boneless, rolled loin is easy to prepare and pairs well with herb rubs, glazes and traditional roast combinations, delivering consistent slices when carved.

Best Ways to Cook Pork Loin Boned & Rolled

Oven Roast: Preheat oven to 160–170 °C. Roast uncovered until the internal temperature reaches 70–75 °C, then rest before carving.

Herb Crust / Glaze: Rub with olive oil, garlic, rosemary and thyme before roasting for extra flavour and crisp external crust.

Slow Roast Finish: After initial roast at moderate temp, finish at a slightly higher heat (180–190 °C) to develop colour and browning.

Tip: Rest the pork loin roast before slicing to retain moisture and achieve even servings.
