Best Ways to Cook Pork Medallion Steaks
Pan-Fry:
For the best way to cook pork medallion steaks, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each medallion 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Ideal for pan seared pork medallions or balsamic pork medallions.
BBQ / Grill:
Cook over medium heat, turning once, until lightly charred and cooked to your preference. Also suitable for bacon wrapped pork medallion on the grill.
Oven Roast:
Bake at 180°C for 12–18 minutes depending on thickness. This method works well for crumbed pork medallions or air fried pork medallions.
Slow Cooker / Sous Vide:
