Best Ways to Cook Pork Ribs
BBQ / Grill: Season generously, grill over medium heat with indirect cooking, and baste with sauce until tender and caramelised.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 160–170 °C. Bake ribs wrapped in foil for 2–2½ hours until tender, then glaze and finish under high heat for colour.
Slow Cook / Crockpot: Combine ribs with seasoning and sauce, and slow cook on low for 6–8 hours until falling-off-the-bone tender.
Tip: For extra flavour, marinate overnight or use a dry rub before cooking.
