Berne Lyoner is named after the French city Lyon from where it originates. Swiss butchers perfected the recipe and made it their own. Swiss Deli Lyoner sausage roll is prepared from the lean New Zealand veal and pork and seasoned with garlic, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper. When sliced Berne Lyoner makes a delectable snack, entrée or sandwich filler. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. Makes a great addition to salads.

Very nice in salads

SWISS DELI BERNE LYONER SAUSAGE ROLL

One of the items od my first order. I was impressed with the careful and protective packaging. The Lyoner was maybe a little too mild in flavour but delicious in my Wurstsalat mixed with gherkins, Emmental cheese and red onion.
