Perfect for BBQ

I have been getting these 200g eye filet steaks for several years now. Perfectly cut and packaged, they are a generous 200g x 2 plus in size. What is good when cooking for two people you do not need to worry about different sized steaks. Being so thick I cook them on high heat and direct flame in our Weber for 7 minutes each side. Chargrilled on the outside they are still moist throughout the steak and pink in the middle. Coupled with a lovely pepper sauce and fries, our staple Saturday lunch!
