Delicious

If anyone is as tired of buying flavourless expensive “facon” (fake bacon) from elsewhere, then I recommend giving this a try. It was absolutely yummy, & so easy to cook, ( I used it to make a quick bacon & spinach pasta)......delicious😁

Streaky bacon

Lovely bacon. I think it’s better than the shoulder bacon. I made beef rissoles and chopped cooked bacon in the mix then wrapped bacon around the rissoles. Very nice.
