Delicious tender piece of meat

This was without doubt the tenderest most succulent delicious piece of lamb i have had for a long time. Very good value as well. We had a few good meals from it. Thanks, will definitely be back for more.

Another beautiful peice of meat.

Cooked this up slowly as a roast. Melted in our mouths and was 99.9% meat with very little fat. Would recommend this cut of meat for a large family. Definitely feeds the family with enough left over for work lunches the next day..
