It was a late night with sports tonight, so I popped the beef in the crock pot so the creamy stroganoff was lovely and tender for when we got in. Creamy sauce (using sour cream and pouring cream) with tomato paste, little bit of stock, onion, herbs and mushrooms and well seasoned. Served on fettuccine with chopped gherkins and parsley.
