Such an easy meal when ya can’t be bothered!
I chuck these drums on top of some seasoned and lightly oiled; washed spuds and rough-chopped onions, carrots. Shove it all into the oven and voila! Roast done! I yank out the drums and spuds from the roasting tray to rest. I then whack the roasting tray with the carrots, onions and all the chicken juice, ontop of the stove element. I throw in a couple heaped tablespoons of bisto, and a bit of water, stir it all up and bam! Gravy done too!
The chicken tastes better than the supermarket chicken. Always makes a great meal, whatever the cut. I am impressed with the whole Online Meats operation. Very efficient ftom start to finish. Highly recommend.
Large drumstcks - fresh and tender - cooked on the BBQ - such an easy meal to cook when having people over for dinner.
Compared to other drumsticks these are fat and meaty, a favourite with the kids .
