I slow cook our hangi pork submerged in a stock that's well seasoned with a dash of sweet chilli and bbq sauce, make a gravy from the stick when hangi pork is ready bout 6 hours for 2 pieces, serve with mashed potato and a coleslaw gravy , pull the pork it just falls apart . My mokopuna love it 💜

I did find a bone it the bottom side of one but doesn't specify to be boneless but from a chefs point of view great end product
