We bought a ham last week. We were disappointed with the quality so posted a negative comment. Imagine our surprise when online meat apologised for selling a ham that was not 100% AND then they couriered a replacement ham at no cost. All within 48 hours. This ham was great. 5 star for both product and customer service.
