Generously coat lamb steaks, chops, or roasts in the marinade for a beautifully balanced flavour.

For chops and steaks: Cook over moderate heat using the grill, stovetop, or BBQ. Baste frequently during cooking for a caramelised finish.

For roasts: Place in a covered casserole dish and cook at a moderate oven temperature, or use a slow cooker for a tender, herb-infused result.
As a guide, one full pouch is enough to marinate meat for 5 servings.
Pro Tip: Pour the remaining marinade over roast potatoes in the final 3–5 minutes of cooking to add a delicious herbal sweetness.
