Delicious with lamb, beef & roast potato.
Use to generously coat lamb steaks, chops or roasts. For chops and steaks, cook on moderate heat using the grill, stovetop or BBQ, baste frequently during cooking. For roasts, cook in a covered casserole dish at moderate heat in oven or in a slow cooker.
As a guide use the full pouch of marinade on meat for serving 5 people. For roast potatoes, pour the marinade over over the potatoes 3-5 minutes before they are fully cooked.

An awesome marinade
I love this marinade. One pouch will be enough for a minimum of 10 lamb chops and is cheaper than making my own.
Also freezes well so don’t have to use whole pouch all at once.
