This is the first time I've purchased and baked lamb backstraps. I roasted the four straps in a herb crust and cooked them for 20mins at 200 - they were sooo tender, juicy and delicious. I will definitely be purchasing getting them again.
These are a lovely cut of meat. Plenty of meat on each one. Have ordered these before and will again. Delicious
