Easy Lamb Kebabs
This recipe uses fresh NZ diced lamb to make grilled kebabs that are a good starter and super easy to cook, which means more time for the party!
500g diced lamb
2 capsicum, cubed
1 onion, cubed
1 tsp Salt and pepper
Preheat a grill until hot.
Thread the diced lamb onto the soaked skewers, alternating with the capsicum and onion.
Sprinkle the salt and pepper on the lamb skewers.
Place on the hot grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until your preferred doneness.
Mint Pesto, salads, potato gems, rice, bread and tortillas!
- Capsicum of different colours can be used for a nicer presentation.
- Vegetables like mushroom, courgette, pineapple and eggplants can be added to the skewer when threading the diced lamb to add variety.
