Most Tender Eye Round

I purchased around 4 kgs ....sliced up 1kg and minced the rest. With the minced eye round I seperated it an made 1kg home made spicy sausages, and 1kg beef burger patties and kept 1kg plain mince. So far we have had the sausages and beef burger patties and the meat is perfect for it. It was tender and juicy and the flavour was outstanding definitely better than using already minced meat.

Did a 24 hr low n slow in the instant pot until I could pull it apart with a fork. Absolutely tender & delicious
