Marinated these bad boys in the morning and chucked them on the charcoal grill later that evening.. Reverse seared them.. The boys said it was the meat of the night.. (Over the pichana we had as well 🤯) Most tender piece of lamb they’ve ever had and we was all blown away.. Definitely be buying these again..
