Lamb Neck Chops 1kg

When my order arrived there was a little issue with 1 bag of the neck chops , I emailed Online Meats explained my concerns and the very next morning I received an email stating that a bag of lamb neck chops was on its way to me. Now that is exceptional service from a company that stands up to its claims to always provide you with quality meat. That was truly awesome.

I purchased 4 kgs of the neck chops and kept 2 bags whole to use for chops and with the other 2 bags i separated as much of the meat as possible from the bone to make a few bags of boneless lamb and kept the left over meaty bones for soup.
Today I used the first bag if boneless lamb to make a South African Indian Breyani and omg the lamb was mouth-watering delicious and perfectly cooked. Cannot wait to try the chops.

Used these to make a scrumptious stew. The meat was beautifully flavourful and tender.

One the mix had cooled, I skimmed the fat off the top and then used it to make rosemary dumplings. Sooooo good.
