As all our meat is cut fresh  to order, our butchers are able to open, flatten and de- bone the lamb. Good this on my charcoal bbq with smoking woodchips. Meat lasts two meals offering value for a special occasion.

Absolutely beautiful for the BBQ very tender and great quality, value for money for large crowd of people and a perfect match with the forking Mint Sauce. My family love this restaurant quality meal thanks regular customer!
