The pork belly is sourced from NZ PigCare Accredited farms. Its versatility, flavour, and texture make it a favourite among chefs and can be purchased in 1kg or 2kg pieces, freshly prepared by our in-house Master Butchers.

No bones which was great unlike some pork belly I bought from other meat shops,sliced it up in cubes marinate it with caramelized sauce🫰
