Must have been unlucky

We're retired farmers so have eaten a lot of good and some bad scotch. Sorry to say I couldn't finish my steak and husband persevered between chews. Hot skillet with meat out of fridge over 2hours and we'll seasoned and rested - a lovely colour but it wasn't in any way shape or form tender. I hope the eye fillet isn't from the same animal.

What can I say but delicious quality and cooked so well. A few minutes on each side in the pan and the beef after resting was gorgeous . So tender and melt in tbe mouth and generous size cuts. Thank you! Live the vacuum packing of all the products
