Boneless Lamb Shoulder

Cooked long and slow over a bed of root vegetables with fresh thyme and rosemary. Removed the netting and finished on high to caramelise the outside of the meat. Meltingly tender with a great flavour.

Was perfectly presented and absolutely beautiful once slow cooked the meat was of quality! No grisly insides or overly fatty bits and it didn't shrink hugely like supermarket ones do, I'm impressed thats how you know its quality meat and possessing
money well worth spending my family loved it

Too fatty

The meat itself was very good but I don't add any fat/ oil when I roast lamb as fats normally come out during the cooking process but with this piece I scooped out 1/2 cup of fat (250g) which was a lot more than expected.
