Passed the test

Partner is very particular when it comes to pork. His comment "the best he has had recently". Our first order from you. A good meaty cut. There are just two of us so there are two meals for us in this.
The whole order looks great - it arrived still chilled - we have frozen the meat into meals for two so our freezer is looking good and meal planning is easy.

Had this last night and it was fantastic. The crackling was tops and the meat beautiful and juicy. To make it crackle all ways rub the top with oil then rub in salt then finish by rubbing fennel seeds into it. I also always crackle it before roasting the meat. Never had a miss. It was so good thanks
