The pork belly is sourced from NZ PigCare Accredited farms. Its versatility, flavour, and texture make it a favourite among chefs and can be purchased in 1kg or 2kg pieces, freshly prepared by our in-house Master Butchers.

Cut into 2 good size roasts. Did the 1st one in AF for 25 minutes. Perfection a beautiful pork belly roast with wonderful crackle. 10 out of 10 👍
