Easy Drumsticks Bake
The wintery weather is approaching, our tummies need something warm and filling to keep us going! Try this easy Drumsticks Bake that will surely entertain the diners of all ages. It is simple to make, and just need 3 ingredients! Let's try it out for a busy weeknight!
1x 1kg Online Meats Drumsticks
Salt - to taste
Massage the drumsticks with the Lemon and Herbs Dry Rub and salt. Leave aside for at least 30 minutes to marinade.
Put the drumstick in a shallow casserole and cover with foil. The foil keeps the drumsticks from drying while keeping the 'juice' -essence of the drumsticks.
Bake for 20 minutes at 175°C. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the drumsticks turn golden brown.
Serve with greens, rice or any other grains!
This recipe can be easily prepared with air fryer by wrapping the drumstick with the baking paper and the aluminium foil at the outer layer, and leave it open for the last 5-10 minutes of baking.
Root vegetables, stocks and other herbs can be added for a more flavourful meal.
