Bought three of the slow cooked meals this week. We had the Teriyaki Pork Belly last night and again tonight - enough for the two of us to have two meals.
Served the first half with coleslaw and whole potatoes - so easy and so delicious, tonight heated the second half and served in a wrap with the left over slaw.
My fussy partner, who doesn't have much good to say about precooked meals, really enjoyed both servings. The sauce is so tasty. I am looking forward to the chicken nibbles later in the week - great to have a long shelf (frig) life and the ability to freeze.
We are superannuatants on a budget but it was my turn to cook so I took the easy way out and purchased the meals as a treat. Will be treating ourselves again.

I ordered this with my 2 pack of 2 lamb shanks. There are only two of us. Studded with garlic and rosemary, rubbed with whole grain mustard and baked. Roast dinner that night. Perfect taste and size. We ended up using the left overs for a homemade pizza, sandwiches and toasties lasted us three days so a good buy. Easier to carve with a sharpe knife and without the bone.
Very tasty and a good size. Delivery was next day (so fast) packed well with ice pack and tracking. I put one two pack in the freezer ready for next day off for the slow cooker

Tried this shoulder bacon as usually have streaky - really enjoyed. Good amount of fat still, very yummy. Will buy again.
Tried these as they seemed to be excellent value for money, and they WERE great value for money, delicious, so easy to prepare and everyone loves them. Different seasonings for a whole different flavour, so very versatile! Have plenty and will be buying again!

Cut into 2 good size roasts. Did the 1st one in AF for 25 minutes. Perfection a beautiful pork belly roast with wonderful crackle. 10 out of 10 👍

But tried it and made it into a strifry.
