3-Ingredient Char siu (BBQ pork)
- 1kg Pork Fillets
- 1 bottle of Char Siu Sauce
- ½ cup of honey
Massage the pork with the LKK Char Siu Sauce and marinate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 160ºC and line an oven dish with baking paper.
Arrange the marinated pork on the tray, and bake for 20 minutes. Reserve the marinade.
Cook the honey with the remaining marinade until the honey is melted.
Baste the pork with the honey mixture and roast for another 15 minutes.
Brush the pork with a final layer of the honey mixture and bake at 200ºC for 5 minutes or until it has caramelized.
Allow the meat to cool a little before slicing. Serve over rice, noodles, or even in a sandwich.

1. For the BBQ sauce, simply type in ''Char Siu Sauce'' on Google and you will find a few brands. They are easily available at the supermarkets.
2. This recipe can be cooked in an air fryer by reducing the time by 5-10 minutes from the total 35 minutes. The final 5 minutes
