Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Preheat oven to 180 °C.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except for the bacons and eggs.
Line a loaf tin with the streaky bacon, slightly overlapping.
Press half of the mixture into tin, line the eggs in the middle, and cover with the remaining mixture. Make sure the mixture is firm. Then, fold over the bacon.
Place in the oven and cook for 45 to 1 hour. Check the temperature to make sure it is cooked.
1. To get a sweeter taste and a nicer look, brush with maple syrup or honey and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
2. An air-fryer can be used to make this recipe. Cook at 175°C for 30 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200°C and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown.
3. Any type of mince can be used when preparing this recipe.
