Easy Pork Sausage Pasta
This quick and easy pasta will certainly come in handy for a busy weekday night or when you need to entertain a crowd with minimal preparation. Simple to prepare but great on the flavor, this recipe is also perfect for any other type of protein you can think of!
1 tray of Online Meats Traditional Pork Sausages 500g, sliced
1/2 packet of Fettuccini, cooked and drained
5 cloves of garlic, minced (or 2-3 tsp. of dried garlic granules)
120gram of butter
1 cup of parmesan cheese powder
fresh herbs *optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and set aside in a pot.
Cook the pork sausages in a shallow frying pan or in an air fryer, then add them to the pot with the pasta.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, and cook the minced garlic until slightly brown and fragrant.
Pour the butter mixture into the pot, add the parmesan cheese, the herbs, salt and pepper, then mix well with a pair of tongs.
Serve with more parmesan cheese by sprinkling it on the pasta.
This recipe can be prepared with any type of pasta.
If the pasta is too dry, drizzle some olive oil when mixing.
For a more nutritious and balanced meal, add some leafy greens such as spinach to the pasta. This can be done by stir frying the greens with the butter, or add into the pot at the last few minutes before the pasta is cooked.
