Slow cooked the brisket all day, used some for loaded fries and the rest I made into beef and cheese pies. Was soooo good. This is a staple in my regular shopping. The lamb necks were equally as good, slow roasted those.

Such an easy meal when ya can’t be bothered!
I chuck these drums on top of some seasoned and lightly oiled; washed spuds and rough-chopped onions, carrots. Shove it all into the oven and voila! Roast done! I yank out the drums and spuds from the roasting tray to rest. I then whack the roasting tray with the carrots, onions and all the chicken juice, ontop of the stove element. I throw in a couple heaped tablespoons of bisto, and a bit of water, stir it all up and bam! Gravy done too!
